
Salesforce Technical Architect, AI β Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Take charge of the technical solution design, which encompasses the complete framework of the Agentforce solution, including topics, instructions, actions with associated automation/code, methods of agent deployment, and the necessary data structures.
β’ Conduct thorough analyses of the limits and capabilities of Agentforce Agents, discovering innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
β’ Work collaboratively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to transform business requirements into well-designed solutions.
β’ Manage and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from the initial design stage through development, testing, and final deployment.
β’ Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.
β’ More than 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.
β’ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
β’ Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or practical knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
β’ Experience in developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
β’ Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
β’ Experience using source control and strategies for branching/pull requests.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and principles of DevOps.
β’ Preferred experience in working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.
