Salesforce Technical Architect, AI – Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical solution design, which encompasses the complete framework of the Agentforce solution, including topics, instructions, actions with associated automation/code, methods of agent deployment, and the necessary data structures.

• Conduct thorough analyses of the limits and capabilities of Agentforce Agents, discovering innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to transform business requirements into well-designed solutions.

• Manage and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from the initial design stage through development, testing, and final deployment.

• Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or practical knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

• Experience in developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Experience using source control and strategies for branching/pull requests.

• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and principles of DevOps.

• Preferred experience in working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.
