Salesforce Technical Architect, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical solution design, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of the Agentforce solution, which covers topics, instructions, actions with associated automation/code, agent deployment methods, and relevant data structures.

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the capabilities and limitations of Agentforce Agents, developing innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to transform business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Manage and contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle—from the initial design stage through development, testing, and final deployment.

• Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• At least 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

• Experience in developing Salesforce technologies, such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to various audiences.

• Experience with source control systems and branching/pull request strategies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps methodologies.
