
Salesforce Technical Architect, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take charge of the technical solution design, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of the Agentforce solution, which covers topics, instructions, actions with associated automation/code, agent deployment methods, and relevant data structures.
β’ Conduct an in-depth analysis of the capabilities and limitations of Agentforce Agents, developing innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to transform business requirements into well-structured solutions.
β’ Manage and contribute to every phase of the project lifecycleβfrom the initial design stage through development, testing, and final deployment.
β’ Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical advancements.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in application and software development.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
β’ Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
β’ Experience in developing Salesforce technologies, such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
β’ Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
β’ Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to various audiences.
β’ Experience with source control systems and branching/pull request strategies.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps methodologies.
