πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications utilizing both declarative and programmatic capabilities.

β€’ Build and support OmniStudio solutions, such as Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.

β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and partner teams to gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

β€’ Support enterprise platform transformation, enhancement, and sustainment efforts within a distributed and highly collaborative delivery environment.

β€’ Develop solutions that adhere to security, compliance, privacy, and operational requirements typical for federal clients.

β€’ Participate in Agile delivery activities, which include sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

β€’ Contribute to secure software delivery practices throughout the complete system development lifecycle.

β€’ Support integration initiatives across enterprise platforms and external systems using APIs and middleware technologies.

β€’ Create and maintain technical documentation, encompassing design specifications, configuration documentation, support materials, and user guidance.

β€’ Assist with troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance tuning, and ongoing platform support.

β€’ Aid in audit readiness, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and continuous improvement activities as necessary in government-aligned environments.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator in enterprise settings.

β€’ Practical experience delivering solutions utilizing Salesforce OmniStudio.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.

β€’ Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations.

β€’ Experience with SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, and relational databases.

β€’ Proficiency with modern development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Git.

β€’ Strong understanding of Apex bulkification, governor limits, and performance optimization best practices.

β€’ Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

β€’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration capabilities.

β€’ Ability to effectively collaborate across Huron, partner teams, and client stakeholders in a multi-team environment.
