Salesforce Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will be dedicated to one or more clients as their expert in Salesforce strategy.

• You will offer consultative insights on matters such as: Developing client-specific, vision-to-value roadmaps that encompass Marketing + AI + Data + CRM.

• Advising clients through Salesforce-driven business transformations.

• Fostering a culture centered on measurement and data, setting essential benchmarks and strategies to assess success.

• Acting as a specialist in marketing best practices, ensuring coordination and personalization across email, digital display advertising, SMS, push notifications, and social media.

• Assisting in campaign ideation.

• Utilizing data and marketing automation to enhance personalization and relevance.

• Employing AI to achieve efficiencies, enhance insights, and elevate customer experiences.

• Evaluating program performance and delivering actionable insights.

• Aiding in Quarterly Business Reviews and Customer Journey Mapping workshops.

• Providing necessary support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in digital marketing technology, data management, and Salesforce functionalities.

• Developing thought leadership by advocating for ListEngage's points of view and solutions.

• Being adaptable to ambiguity and the continuously changing digital environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over five years of experience in a marketing position.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Exceptional written communication capabilities.

• Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and visual representations of solutions.

• Experience in designing and leading workshops.

• Background in cross-channel marketing, especially email, SMS, and digital advertising.

• Expertise in developing strategies for measuring success, along with experience in creating, analyzing, and presenting performance reports.

• A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Business or Marketing).
