This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop efficient and bulkified Apex triggers utilizing handler frameworks, service and selector layers, Queueable/Batch/Schedulable, and Platform Events.
β’ Create Lightning Web Components employing modern JavaScript along with Experience Cloud pages and portals.
β’ Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations, manage credentials, External Services, Platform Events, and utilize MuleSoft or agency ESB patterns.
β’ Conduct Apex unit tests and Jest tests for Lightning Web Components.
β’ Engage in Agile ceremonies alongside government product owners.
β’ Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, testers, and release engineers to convert user stories into technical designs.
β’ Assist with Salesforce DX, Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, automated deployment pipelines, and sandbox/data seeding across various environments.
β’ Generate federal technical documentation, design specifications, interface control documentation, configuration workbooks, and deployment runbooks.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
β’ At least five (5) years of practical Salesforce development experience.
β’ A minimum of two complete Salesforce implementations successfully delivered to production.
β’ Proficiency in Apex, focusing on trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, SOQL/SOSL optimization, bulkification, exception handling, and governor limit management.
β’ Experience in Lightning Web Component development and a solid understanding of modern JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, promises, async/await, DOM).
β’ A working knowledge of the Salesforce data and security model.
β’ Proficiency in declarative automation using Flow and a preference for configuration over coding.
β’ Integration experience with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT bearer flows, and Named Credentials.
β’ Source-driven development expertise using Salesforce DX, Git, pull-request-based code review, and CI/CD tools.
β’ Experience in Agile delivery, utilizing Jira or a similar tool.
β’ Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly and articulate technical decisions to non-technical government stakeholders.
β’ Experience with OmniStudio is a plus.
β’ An active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance is highly preferred.
β’ Prior experience in federal or public sector Salesforce delivery is a plus.
