• Deliver industry-leading practices and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Lead the gathering of requirements and establish yourself as the expert on the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with the client to develop their strategy and roadmap, facilitating both immediate successes and long-term objectives.

• Utilize Salesforce technologies such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.

• Contribute to detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.

• Convert business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Mentor and coach junior technical and functional team members.

• Stay updated with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in business processes, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.

• Over 3 years of experience in the CRM industry, with a preference for Salesforce platform knowledge.

• Demonstrated ability to design and improve business processes and integrate them across different systems.

• Familiarity with fundamental UX principles.

• Eager and capable of learning new technologies.

• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
