This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Create and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions encompassing Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including case management, omni-channel support, entitlements/SLAs, knowledge management, CTI, service processes, sales processes, and lead-to-cash workflows.
• Develop high-quality Apex code (classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations utilizing platform APIs and adhering to best practices.
• Configure declarative features such as Flows, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge, Entitlements, Lead/Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Construct scalable data models and sharing strategies, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
• Design and execute integrations (REST, Platform Events, MuleSoft/ESB, External Services) and data synchronization methodologies.
• Collaborate on initiatives related to data quality, deduplication, and migration processes using Apex, Data Loader, and APIs.
• Deliver solutions via source-driven development practices (Git), scratch orgs, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests with meaningful assertions; maintain high coverage for newly introduced or modified code.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex defects, and enhance performance.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex (triggers, queueable classes, batch processing), Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and platform security/sharing models.
• Extensive experience in building Flows and utilizing declarative automation in conjunction with code.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions that adhere to governor limits and follow enterprise design patterns.
• Strong understanding of data model design, role hierarchies, sharing rules, field-level security (FLS), permission sets, and transaction control mechanisms.
• Experience with integrations involving REST APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (such as MuleSoft), ensuring secure callout handling.
• Proficient in Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices for Salesforce (including Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines and Salesforce CLI).
• Strong emphasis on testing discipline: including test data factories, mocking, isolation, and meaningful assertions.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (mandatory) and II (highly preferred).
