Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the design authority for Salesforce projects.

• Oversee the complete Salesforce architecture from initial discovery to the go-live phase.

• Identify technical risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Create scalable models for data, sharing, and security.

• Establish integration patterns among Salesforce and ERP, marketing, data, and legacy systems.

• Determine the appropriate choice between declarative and programmatic solutions.

• Document solution designs, architecture diagrams, and architecture decision records (ADRs).

• Define sandbox strategies, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices, as well as support release planning.

• Review designs and code, set coding and configuration standards, and provide mentorship to developers and consultants.

• Assist with development tasks as necessary.

• Design and implement AI capabilities using Agentforce, Data Cloud, or external large language models (LLMs).

• Shape pre-sales proposals, estimations, and technical assessments.

• Present architectural options and trade-offs to client IT and business leaders.

• Contribute reusable standards and templates to Nuvolar’s architectural practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Salesforce.

• At least 3 years in an architect or technical lead role on client projects.

• Experience in leading technical teams and making end-to-end design decisions.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and Flow.

• Familiarity with at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or an Industry Cloud.

• Proven experience in designing integrations and selecting appropriate integration patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, sharing and security models, and governor limits.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and/or delivering AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, or external LLMs like Claude.

• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) certification.

• At least three additional active Salesforce certifications.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Capability to present effectively to client stakeholders.
