This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that fulfill both business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture and technical design process from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Convert business requirements and user stories into detailed solution designs and technical specifications.
• Advise on configuration and customization choices in line with Salesforce best practices and long-term sustainability.
• Evaluate configurations, integrations, and technical implementations to ensure quality of delivery.
• Act as the main technical consultant for client stakeholders.
• Facilitate design workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams.
• Offer hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers and consultants.
• Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Assist with testing, release, and deployment processes.
• Enhance solution quality, delivery efficiency, and technical standards across projects.
• Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
• Extensive knowledge in Sales Cloud.
• Strong background in designing and implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions.
• Capability to architect complete quote-to-cash processes.
• Proven track record in designing scalable, out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions that align with business and sales objectives.
• Ability to translate intricate business requirements into concise solution designs and system architectures.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in leading discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution evaluations.
• Proficiency in conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership on complex Salesforce engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications or a successful history of large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Preference for Salesforce Architect and/or CPQ-related certifications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
