This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure Salesforce architectures that align with business requirements.
• Act as a technical authority for Salesforce Sales Cloud, aiding in architecture decisions, data modeling, and solution design.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of functionalities related to accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, quotes, orders, forecasting, and the sales cycle.
• Establish configuration, customization, and development strategies on the Salesforce platform.
• Create and evaluate solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, SOQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and other internal or external systems using APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Outbound Messages, and middleware.
• Specify integration standards, error handling, monitoring, traceability, retries, idempotency, and security measures.
• Assess and implement Flow, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and Permission Set Groups.
• Ensure the integrity of data architecture, relationships, sharing, access, and governance.
• Develop security strategies and ensure compliance with privacy and LGPD requirements.
• Organize and enhance deployments across environments using Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Advocate for version control, code reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance practices.
• Formulate strategies for unit, integration, regression, performance, and release validation testing.
• Conduct code and solution reviews.
• Direct root cause analyses for incidents, performance challenges, integration failures, and outages.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, architectural decisions, operating manuals, and runbooks.
• Support the technical roadmap, recognize technical debt, and prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Security, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Mentor developers, administrators, functional analysts, and partner consultancies.
• Transform business needs into sustainable technical solutions, taking into account impact, cost, timelines, risk, and scalability.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core sales processes.
• Experience with data modeling within the Salesforce platform.
• Proficient with standard objects and experienced with custom objects, relationships, and External Objects.
• Familiarity with Sales Processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and declarative tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL; experienced with Apex Enterprise Patterns, unit testing, bulkification, error handling, logging, and Governor Limits.
• Experienced with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Familiarity with REST API and SOAP API; knowledgeable about Bulk, Composite, Metadata, Tooling, Streaming, and Pub/Sub APIs.
• Experienced with Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, digital certificates, Named Credentials, and External Credentials.
• Experience in defining Salesforce architectures for medium- to large-scale enterprise environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce Well-Architected principles, security, access control, data governance, LGPD, and personal data protection.
• Familiarity with Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Organization-Wide Defaults.
• Experienced with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and deployment strategies.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, code analysis, and automated testing.
• Experienced working across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Knowledge of release management, rollback, and version control processes.
• Experience monitoring integrations, jobs, automations, APIs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to investigate incidents and lead root cause analyses.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Ability to work with asynchronous processing and optimize performance.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Autonomy, a systems-level perspective, accountability, and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
• Proficient in Technical English for reading documentation and engaging with international teams or vendors.
• Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Android are advantageous but not mandatory.
