Salesforce Project Manager – English Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects that directly influence our operations and enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and plans in partnership with stakeholders.

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

• Administer timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to project milestones and KPIs.

• Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, and third parties to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

• Lead risk and issue management: identification, tracking, mitigation, and escalation as necessary.

• Supervise the quality of deliverables and compliance with standards and requirements.

• Support and coordinate QA and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to ensure the solution meets business needs.

• Generate and maintain project documentation: plans, meeting notes, status reports, risk logs, and closure reports.

• Prepare and distribute progress reports (including status, risks, issues, and budget variances) to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Drive change management strategies and Salesforce adoption among end-users, including training coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Project Management/PMO leading large-scale technology implementations (preferably Salesforce or CRM).

• Experience managing complex programs/portfolios and multi-country projects or globally distributed teams.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in fields related to IT, Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar.

• Preferred: postgraduate degree, master's, or diploma in Project Management.

• PMP or other formal project management certification.

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Project Manager, or other relevant certifications).

• Proficient in project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models.

• Proven experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, MS Office Timelines, or similar.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform: architecture, data model, capabilities, limitations, and best implementation practices.

• Ability to develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and communication plans.

• Experience in budget management: cost control, expense tracking, variance analysis, and financial risk mitigation.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, external vendors, and nearshore/offshore).

• Advanced English (oral and written) is essential for communication with clients and technical teams in other countries.
