Salesforce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Salesforce projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results for our clients.

• Accurately forecast project timelines, resource utilization, and revenue in a prompt manner.

• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to help eliminate obstacles in project execution.

• Manage project finances, scope, and deadlines, while preparing status reports for clients.

• Lead meetings with clients to gather business and functional requirements.

• Achieve project goals by breaking down projects into manageable tasks, coordinating with the project team to ensure timely completion, and assigning suitable resources.

• Supervise and mentor direct reports.

• Implement DCS processes, best practices, and resources to guarantee the delivery of quality and consistent work.

• Discover new opportunities with existing clients to foster partnerships and expand accounts.

• Recognize and understand the motivations, expectations, and roles of key stakeholders within their organizations.

• Participate in the development and implementation of firm-approved, AI-driven solutions for clients, adhering to company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques, collaborating with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities that enhance client solutions and internal operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce.com.

• At least 6 years of experience in systems consulting.

• Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and teams in a remote setting.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment, supported by excellent communication skills.

• Highly organized, results-oriented, and eager to tackle challenging problems.

• Strong organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication abilities.

• Comfort with AI: Proven capability to responsibly explore and implement firm-approved AI tools to boost productivity and innovation.

• Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in accordance with firm policies and client standards.

• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.

• Openness to travel for team events as required.
