This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and provide support for Salesforce, including user setup, security configurations, profiles, roles, permissions, page layouts, fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, and associated settings.
• Enhance and maintain Salesforce to align with business processes within sales, marketing, and customer operations.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analyses that enhance visibility, facilitate informed decision-making, and promote operational accountability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, identify gaps, and convert them into scalable system solutions.
• Ensure data quality, hygiene, and governance practices are upheld across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
• Handle and resolve daily system issues, user requests, and production support needs promptly and reliably.
• Assist with system enhancements, release activities, testing, documentation, training, and fostering user adoption.
• Aid in integrations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities related to Salesforce and interconnected business systems.
• Provide support for related SaaS tools, primarily HubSpot, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.
• Operate within an Agile delivery framework by managing assigned tasks, assisting in backlog refinement, and contributing to consistent execution within established processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, support, or a closely related systems role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; additional Salesforce certifications are desirable.
• Experience with Sales Cloud support; familiarity with Service Cloud is a plus.
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, user support, process enhancement, and system configuration within Salesforce.
• Experience with adjacent go-to-market platforms like HubSpot or similar SaaS tools.
• Background in a similar corporate environment or an entry-level position within a related industry.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and structured change management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ownership, dependability, sound judgment, and the capability to adapt to new challenges while adhering to established processes.
