• Oversee incidents, problems, business support, development, enhancements, and configurations related to the client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 (Data Cloud) solutions;
• Ensure the monitoring, integrity, and availability of systems that support operations;
• Adhere to ITIL best practices for managing incidents and problems;
• Implement, manage, and uphold provisioning, configuration, and automation processes;
• Investigate application issues;
• Provide corrective and evolutionary developments;
• Demonstrated experience of 2–3 years in 1st and 2nd line application support roles, customer-focused, specifically within Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred;
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud);
• Certification as a Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant is preferred.
