Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement large-scale and intricate Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions within enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.

• Convert business and marketing requirements into effective, scalable Marketing Cloud strategies.

• Work collaboratively with consultants, architects, and clients to achieve exceptional results.

• Serve as a primary liaison with clients, aiding in solution design, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring technical excellence from the initial discovery phase through to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience as an SFMC Developer on large-scale enterprise projects.

• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the SFMC environment.

• Demonstrated expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.

• Experience in integrating SFMC with CDPs (preferably Treasure Data), CRMs (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud), and APIs.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation concepts: segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and deliverability.

• Knowledge of consent management, data privacy (GDPR), and email best practices.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Detail-oriented, possessing a strong mindset for quality and ownership.

• A collaborative team player, capable of working in an agile/Scrum environment alongside cross-functional colleagues.

• Solution-focused, with a comfort in troubleshooting complex data and integration challenges.

• Eager to learn, with a keen interest in emerging martech trends and AI-driven personalization applications.
