📋 Description

• Create and execute solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture.

• Utilize Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio functionalities as needed.

• Construct data models, Data Extensions, segmentation strategies, and personalization techniques.

• Connect Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud through Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.

• Facilitate customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement strategies.

• Implement enterprise solution architecture principles, focusing on security, scalability, and performance enhancement.

• Engage in CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and operate both independently and within a team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and execution.

• Practical knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio functionalities as required.

• Expertise in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Background in designing data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions within Marketing Cloud.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration, including Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.

• Insight into customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement practices.

• Experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management procedures.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
