Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Join CloudMasonry as a Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant to drive the success of our marketing automation initiatives.

• Lead the implementation process, optimize campaigns, and create a significant impact.

• Oversee New Platform Implementation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, transform them into technical designs, and implement solutions while working across both technical and business domains.

• Assist clients during platform transitions and migrations (e.g., from SFMC to Marketing Cloud Next), ensuring campaign continuity and data integrity.

• Manage marketing-to-CRM connectors and their synchronization criteria with Salesforce CRM.

• Provide continuous platform support and client empowerment: Execute marketing automation, email marketing, and content strategies for campaign execution, utilizing Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.

• Create native forms for lead capture using progressive profiling to synchronize data with Salesforce CRM.

• Develop dynamic templates based on HTML and AMPscript, adhering to web accessibility standards.

• Deliver communications across multiple channels and complex triggered automation flows.

• Create and launch MobilePush and MobileConnect SMS campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with the SFMC platform (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).

• Experience with multiple marketing platforms (SFMC, Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketing Cloud Next) is preferred.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and advanced AMPscript for email and web development.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.

• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), data imports (SFTP), and architecture visualization tools.
