Salesforce Lead, Senior Developer

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading the continuous development and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

• Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ, with an expert-level understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, architecture, and best practices.

• Demonstrated capability to plan, execute, and manage launch roadmaps along with all ongoing development tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in creating clear documentation and technical artifacts to support scalable development.

• Experienced in agile environments, contributing to empowered teams and engaging in standard agile ceremonies.

• Employs modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review, QA preview/review, and test automation.

• Strong collaborator, capable of aligning technical development with business objectives to deliver high-quality results.
