Salesforce Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Set up Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security configurations.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Connect Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.

• Conduct data migration, cleansing, and management activities.

• Diagnose and fix technical issues, bugs, and performance challenges.

• Engage in code reviews and uphold high standards of code quality and documentation.

• Assist with deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

• Keep updated on Salesforce platform advancements, best practices, and new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 2 years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets).

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration methodologies.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• A commitment to continuous learning.

• Highly responsible with keen attention to detail.

• Effective time management skills, especially when handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capability to deliver technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects.
