Salesforce Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Optimize the value of Arden University's Salesforce platform throughout the institution.

• Primarily focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify business requirements.

• Convert business needs into efficient Salesforce solutions.

• Implement Salesforce configurations and enhancements.

• Enhance processes and maintain data integrity.

• Provide user support and promote Salesforce adoption.

• Continuously adapt the platform to align with the evolving needs of the University.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration within a business setting.

• Proficient in declarative configuration, including Flows, reports, dashboards, fields, layouts, and automation.

• Experience in supporting Salesforce users in a service or operational context.

• Strong understanding of the functionalities of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Ability to grasp business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to assist and guide non-technical users.

• Experience in Agile or service-delivery environments.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward system enhancement and problem-solving.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel is a plus.

• Experience in delivering user training and producing comprehensive system documentation is desirable.

• Background in a large, complex organization or Higher Education environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools is advantageous.

• Applicants must possess the right to work in the UK; skilled worker visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
