• Transform UI/UX wireframes provided by NeuraFlash UI/UX designers and business requirements gathered by NeuraFlash project delivery teams into Salesforce applications.
• Create front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC) to achieve intuitive and responsive layouts.
• Apply best practices to implement solutions that prevent the recurrence of performance issues.
• Maintain documentation of best practices and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with your project team from the design stage through to the go-live phase to develop solutions, address technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on technology trends and communicate future business needs from a technological standpoint.
• Assume full, end-to-end responsibility for technical solutions, effectively translating high-level business requirements into fully functioning applications.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Front-End developer.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with practical experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, including Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries, SOAP, and XML.
• Skilled in debugging using JavaScript-based tools, such as Chrome Developer Console.
• Proven experience in building mobile and responsive web applications.
• Experience in developing solutions compatible across multiple browsers.
• Demonstrated experience in web development and design.
• Experience in constructing external-facing portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud (previously Salesforce Communities).
• Proficient with modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiar with CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, or Jenkins).
• Experience in integrating third-party RESTful APIs and external web services within front-end components.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous JavaScript programming (Promises, async/await).
• Proven track record of executing multiple full-lifecycle deployments from sandbox environments to production.
• Hands-on experience navigating the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) across multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
