This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Review and evaluate system specifications
• Identify one or more technical solutions to present to clients
• Develop a robust technical solution grounded in best practices
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and sustain all development efforts
• Determine and coordinate time estimates and set priorities
• Assist in troubleshooting and reproducing bugs and errors, as well as executing test cases (manual or automated) based on business requirements and/or technical specifications
• Communicate with all internal stakeholders and record issues
• Address client issues promptly and respond to client communications within established internal timelines
• Engage directly with clients to pinpoint core issues and provide daily updates on the status of open tickets
• Document and convey estimated timeframes and scope of hours/cost for resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the system development life cycle while adhering to all deadlines
• Work with the project team and engineers to formulate effective strategies and testing plans
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding and documentation of deployment and version control methodologies
• Assist in managing and contributing to internal applications
• Communicate with engineering leadership regarding demo and client application setup time requirements
• Configure templated applications from the AppExchange alongside clients
• Partner with the sales team to design demos and implement environments
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 7 years of work experience, with prior consulting experience preferred
• Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (Dev 201) is required
• Certification as a Salesforce Advanced Developer is preferred
• Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure platforms, Heroku, MongoDB, and/or Google Firebase products
• Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and UI/UX design
• Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new systems and technical solutions
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products and Google applications
• Willingness to travel as necessary
