Senior Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce – Loyalty Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, assess, and sustain high-quality, scalable, and reusable Salesforce code.

• Design, develop, and uphold intricate Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.

• Construct and oversee scalable workflows, Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.

• Design and execute robust integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

• Develop optimized Apex solutions with a strong emphasis on bulkification and performance enhancement.

• Analyze business needs and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.

• Engage in solution design discussions and suggest optimal technical approaches.

• Conduct code reviews, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance with Salesforce coding standards.

• Guide junior Salesforce developers and offer technical support during Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience.

• Solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.

• Proficient in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty.

• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Extensive experience in designing and developing Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers, and asynchronous Apex.

• High proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.

• Practical experience in Salesforce declarative development.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex integrations using REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

• Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security frameworks.

• Experience in customizing Salesforce using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and modern ecosystem capabilities is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
