This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ability to simultaneously conceptualize business challenges and develop code.
β’ Knowledge of LWC Communication Models and utilizing the Shadow DOM.
β’ Familiarity with low-code platforms like Flow and Process Builder.
β’ Understanding of complex functional capabilities, including Salesforce Security and approval workflows.
β’ Proficient in defensive programming methods and test-driven development, as well as ensuring test coverage.
β’ Acquainted with Object Oriented and Enterprise Software design patterns such as factories, Unit of Work, Separation of Concerns, faΓ§ade, and decorator.
β’ Capable of integrating Salesforce with external systems, exploring various integration patterns.
β’ Utilize design patterns and programming techniques, thinking critically to create modular and potentially reusable code during development.
β’ Ability to decompose code into manageable parts, each serving a specific function.
β’ Skilled in creating invocable actions and Lightning components for use in Flows.
β’ Experience in developing advanced triggers, such as custom lead conversion processes.
β’ Comfortable handling large data sets.
β’ Awareness of implicit bulkification and the importance of considering it from the outset.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security principles and their implementation in code.
β’ Proficient and comfortable with source control systems and managing an automated release pipeline.
β’ Design and implement code that facilitates easy testing through dependency injections and design patterns.
β’ Proficient in English at an advanced level.
β’ Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Limits and design patterns.
β’ Thinks in object-oriented paradigms and knows how to balance complexity for optimal solutions.
β’ Experience with modern software development lifecycles, including tools like Git, ANT, scripting languages, and code repositories.
β’ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
β’ Exceptional business-level communication abilities, both written and verbal.
