📋 Description

• Ability to simultaneously conceptualize business challenges and develop code.

• Knowledge of LWC Communication Models and utilizing the Shadow DOM.

• Familiarity with low-code platforms like Flow and Process Builder.

• Understanding of complex functional capabilities, including Salesforce Security and approval workflows.

• Proficient in defensive programming methods and test-driven development, as well as ensuring test coverage.

• Acquainted with Object Oriented and Enterprise Software design patterns such as factories, Unit of Work, Separation of Concerns, façade, and decorator.

• Capable of integrating Salesforce with external systems, exploring various integration patterns.

• Utilize design patterns and programming techniques, thinking critically to create modular and potentially reusable code during development.

• Ability to decompose code into manageable parts, each serving a specific function.

• Skilled in creating invocable actions and Lightning components for use in Flows.

• Experience in developing advanced triggers, such as custom lead conversion processes.

• Comfortable handling large data sets.

• Awareness of implicit bulkification and the importance of considering it from the outset.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security principles and their implementation in code.

• Proficient and comfortable with source control systems and managing an automated release pipeline.

• Design and implement code that facilitates easy testing through dependency injections and design patterns.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Limits and design patterns.

• Thinks in object-oriented paradigms and knows how to balance complexity for optimal solutions.

• Experience with modern software development lifecycles, including tools like Git, ANT, scripting languages, and code repositories.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.

• Exceptional business-level communication abilities, both written and verbal.
