Senior Salesforce Developer – Full Time or Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of a significant, long-term initiative within the public sector.

• Independently design, construct, and sustain intricate, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Guarantee a smooth transition of platform ownership both prior to and following the go-live phase.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define solutions while managing information flow to ensure that leadership and clients remain consistently aligned on status and risk.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Salesforce Development experience, with a strong emphasis on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design in a consulting or enterprise setting.

• Prior experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly desirable (Good-to-have).

• A strong willingness and strategic mindset to sustain, maintain, and optimize a single, complex solution over a three-year period.

• A demonstrated history of self-management, thriving in an environment where outcomes are evaluated based on delivery, successful knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction.

• The capability to clearly and confidently communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure critical overlap and alignment with the US team.
