
Salesforce Engagement Lead – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary lead on client projects, facilitating engagement with client stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Create and implement project management methodologies, standards, and processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with delivery team leads and senior management to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Align with and advocate for TruSummit’s Delivery Process framework within the PM team.
• Offer expert guidance and support to project managers during planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, addressing escalated issues to reduce disruptions.
• Work with leadership to ensure project activities align with TruSummit's strategic goals and objectives.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to leadership.
• Lead and mentor project managers through advice, training, and performance feedback.
• Conduct resource planning and allocation in collaboration with resourcing managers.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing their expectations.
• Serve as an escalation point for project resources and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management.
• Over 3 years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects or overseeing a team of project managers.
• More than 3 years of relevant industry experience in Professional Services Project Management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project success and manage teams through change.
• Proven project management experience with Salesforce implementations or similar CRM systems.
• Capability to gain the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, establish direction and approach, resolve conflicts, deliver difficult messages, and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
• General understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, professional demeanor, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Knowledge and experience with formal delivery methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
