• Oversee the implementation of standard configurations, custom developments, and data migration components for Salesforce projects.

• Familiarity with source code management, version control systems, and code deployment methodologies.

• Capability to comprehend project requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to facilitate client implementations.

• Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment while adhering to our established methodology.

• Understanding of Git concepts.

• Strong analytical abilities and logical reasoning skills.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

• Basic understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

• Experience in programmatic development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) as well as declarative (point-and-click) development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment practices and strategies.

• Understanding of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.

• Preferable: Knowledge of Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.

• Possession of Salesforce certifications.

• Proficient in requirements gathering and experienced in designing solutions using the platform and its offerings.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts.
