This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Design and maintain tailored features on Salesforce utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
• Engage in the design and advancement of our Salesforce data model to align with business requirements.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data across the platform.
• Work collaboratively with team members to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Track platform performance and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Document both technical and functional solutions, along with best practices to facilitate team knowledge sharing.
• Integrate AI into internal processes to enhance daily operations.
• Address and manage daily requests from business teams.
• Provide training to business teams on the latest features you have implemented.
• Create a signals system to assist the Sales team in identifying and contacting the right individuals at the optimal time.
• Develop an initial response system for our customers using an AI agent.
• You have recently completed an engineering degree or a Master's in Engineering.
• You are enthusiastic about collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You possess strong Java skills (or proficiency in another object-oriented programming language).
• You have a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
• You exhibit a structured, problem-solving approach with a keen attention to detail.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
• You are driven to join a scale-up and prepared to embrace the associated challenges.
• Familiarity with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems is an advantage.
• Previous experience (internship, academic, or personal project) in Salesforce or HubSpot development or administration is beneficial.
