Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types for the designated capability area.

• Design Flow-based automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, before/after save contexts, and invocable actions relevant to the assigned feature area.

• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user-facing interfaces, dashboards, and interactive functionalities within the designated capability area.

• Engage in code reviews, write unit test cases, and assist QA/Test engineers.

• Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and user engagement sessions.

• Produce clean, well-documented code in applicable languages and frameworks.

• Adhere to secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.

• Contribute to the development of technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 2-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficient in Apex, Flow Builder automation, and LWC development.

• Experience working in a two-week sprint cadence with established sprint gate quality controls.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
