This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Full accountability for all technical facets of Salesforce.com, encompassing data migrations, data integrity, systems integration, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom coding.
• Tasked with developing and maintaining both customized and standard solutions that align with business needs and facilitate critical business decisions.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices in integration and application development, deployment, testing (both unit and systems), and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage SFDC for enhancing processes and productivity, and offer recommendations to support an organization experiencing rapid growth.
• Define, communicate, and oversee a change management (release) process to design and implement new applications/code as well as updates to existing applications/code.
• The candidate must possess experience as a Salesforce developer, delivering customization, development, enhancements, and support for Salesforce.com CRM applications.
• A minimum of 5+ years of SFDC development experience is required (Certified Salesforce.com Developer preferred).
• A thorough understanding and extensive experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API are essential.
• Proven experience in writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers, as well as Queueable Apex and experience cloud.
• Experience with flows and process builders is required.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning web components is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud is necessary.
• Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce data tools is required.
• A solid understanding of relational databases is essential.
• Demonstrated success in multiple Salesforce.com integration projects is crucial.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async methods is necessary.
• Knowledge of scripted data loaders, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies is required.
• Strong business analysis and functional expertise, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users, is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with data presentation capabilities, including the ability to effectively engage with both business and delivery teams, are necessary.
