This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Design, develop, test, document, and refactor Salesforce components that are moderately complex (Apex, Lightning Web Components, and configuration), deployed to clients.
β’ Create, build, and maintain automated tests and testing suites (e.g., Apex tests, UI/end-to-end automation, API testing) and aid in their integration within continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
β’ Contribute to best practices in quality engineering β including test coverage, test-driven development, and defect management.
β’ Develop and utilize integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware) as part of a broader integration landscape.
β’ Configure and enhance Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud features (e.g., OmniStudio) when applicable.
β’ Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security protocols.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams β including consultants, engineers, and architects β to gather and analyze requirements, transforming lightweight requirements into prototypes and then into production builds.
β’ Produce technical documentation and user guides; offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
β’ A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (OmniStudio).
β’ Practical experience in test automation and quality engineering (e.g., Apex tests, UI/API automation).
β’ Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API development.
β’ Experience in delivering Salesforce projects tailored to customer needs and gathering requirements from end users.
β’ Background in building integrations within a complex enterprise ecosystem with multiple interconnected systems.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, security measures, and best practices.
β’ Experience utilizing Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
β’ Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies, particularly Scrum.
β’ Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken English.
