Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, or modify tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL.

• Diagnose errors and address Salesforce process inefficiencies through custom APEX solutions.

• Create intricate automations, workflows, and flows to cater to client-specific requirements.

• Develop and manage API integrations using REST and SOAP web services, ensuring smooth data transfer between systems.

• Create or tailor Experience Cloud sites using custom development to fulfill user engagement and branding needs.

• Engage in the testing, documentation, and presentation of developed solutions both internally and to clients.

• Analyze and document client technical requirements, configurations, workflows, and procedures, both onsite and remotely.

• Maintain regular communication with project managers and team members regarding progress, obstacles, and risks.

• Respond swiftly to urgent support requests and client inquiries, upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of firm-approved, AI-enhanced solutions for clients, adhering to company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Keep updated on emerging AI tools and techniques, collaborating with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities for enhancing client solutions and internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.

• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL.

• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools.

• Experience with 3rd Party Applications.

• Experience with the Mulesoft Platform.

• Ability to assess business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to lead technical sessions with end users.

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%; travel requirements may vary based on client needs.

• Comfort with AI: Proven ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to boost productivity and innovation.
