This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and implement custom Apex, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and sustain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, middleware solutions (such as Mulesoft, Apigee), and external data sources.
• Construct and enhance custom objects, fields, triggers, flows, process automation, and validation rules to facilitate business operations.
• Oversee user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules to guarantee data security and appropriate access permissions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Improve and maintain SOQL and SOSL queries for effective database interactions.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Create and implement unit tests, ensuring code coverage aligns with Salesforce standards (75%+ coverage required).
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features, updates, and industry developments to enhance the platform continually.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Engage in the execution of technology projects, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers, Dynamic Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms (such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security models, including permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Practical experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple requests.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong critical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and KPIs.
