Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Admins to convert requirements into functional capabilities.

• Engage in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as an integral member of the agile team.

• Produce clean, tested, and maintainable code while contributing to code reviews.

• Diagnose and resolve bugs in collaboration with QA and fellow developers.

• Design and integrate REST APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.

• Participate in discussions regarding architecture, technical strategies, and best practices.

• Assist with release and deployment activities.

• Operate within a core business pod such as Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with the capability to be employed as a full-time employee without sponsorship.

• Proven experience in building on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.

• Proficiency in working with SOQL, SOSL, and DML.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and standard development tools.

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with non-technical team members.

• Willingness and enthusiasm for collaborative, peer-to-peer teamwork.

• A curious mindset and a passion for building.
