Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, define, design, and create Salesforce solutions that enhance existing capabilities while introducing innovative features.

• Take shared responsibility for Salesforce configuration and coding throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Manage solutions developed by the technical team across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Maintain current Salesforce functionalities and create new features.

• Transfer knowledge and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Optimize development processes and promote best practices and high-quality work.

• Enhance and support the Salesforce platform along with associated systems and integrations.

• Work collaboratively with product delivery managers, architects, administrators, developers, and support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Expertise in middleware, SOAP and RESTful web services, XML, JavaScript, and principles of service-oriented architecture design.

• Strong data design experience, encompassing extract, transform, load; synchronous and asynchronous messaging; and integration strategies for loosely coupled systems.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with deployment process tools such as Gearset or Copado.

• Experience in complex or highly customized Salesforce environments.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are preferred.

• Availability to work from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
