Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain Salesforce solutions that enhance business workflows, facilitate automation, and improve platform functionality.

• Build, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Design and execute automated workflows and business processes within the Salesforce environment.

• Conduct Salesforce administration tasks, encompassing configurations, permissions, objects, fields, and validation rules.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into Salesforce solutions.

• Diagnose technical issues, refine existing functionality, and support enhancements to the platform.

• Assist with Salesforce CPQ configurations and quoting processes as needed.

• Partner with technical teams to ensure solution quality, testing, and effective implementation.

• Record configurations, customizations, and development efforts to facilitate ongoing maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and platform administration.

• Practical experience in developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, permissions, and business processes.

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing Salesforce functionality.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Proficient in Salesforce Apex development, including classes, triggers, and custom business logic.

• Development and customization of Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Utilization of Salesforce Flow for process automation and workflow management.

• Salesforce administration expertise, covering security, permissions, objects, fields, and configurations.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce data model and platform customization.

• Skills in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting Salesforce applications.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting solutions is a plus.

• Understanding of sales quoting, pricing, and quote-to-cash processes is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Certinia applications within Salesforce is a plus.

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes and related financial workflows is a plus.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external business or financial systems is advantageous.
