• Lead client engagements from the discovery phase to delivery.
• Conduct client calls to gather requirements and facilitate decision-making.
• Convert business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design data models, workflows, and the overall system architecture.
• Decompose solutions into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
• Supervise the execution of delivery across various projects.
• Assess work to guarantee quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Proactively identify potential risks and address issues before they escalate.
• 4–7+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong expertise in solution design and execution of delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in leading client-facing Salesforce projects.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling principles.
• Capability to translate intricate business requirements into structured solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both executives and technical teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Remote work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
• Vacation: 10 business days annually.
