Salesforce Data – Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee Salesforce reporting, analytics, and business intelligence efforts throughout the EMEA region.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable dashboards and insights.

• Advance data governance, quality, and reporting standards to ensure reliable business data.

• Work alongside Salesforce, Azure, and Data Lake teams to facilitate secure data integration, migration, and analytics.

• Aid Salesforce Data Cloud and AI initiatives by guaranteeing high-quality, governed data for analytics and automation.

• Promote ongoing enhancement in reporting processes, self-service analytics, and the adoption of Salesforce CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar BI platforms.

• Strong grasp of data governance, data quality, reporting, and analytics best practices.

• Adept at converting business requirements into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.

• Comfortable operating in Agile environments while managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about utilizing data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure data platforms, and enterprise data integration is a plus.
