Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, debug, and enhance software solutions and applications based on the Salesforce platform.

• Create custom solutions utilizing Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend existing functionality, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and assess the complexity of new features.

• Offer architectural guidance and technical design assistance for projects of small to medium scope.

• Resolve complex issues that involve multiple systems, business processes, and integrations.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and program increment planning.

• Estimate effort for future tasks and assist in project planning and execution.

• Lead or assist in initiatives aimed at process improvement across development, deployment, and application monitoring.

• Mentor and coach other CRM administrators and engineers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and collaboration.

• Influence and educate stakeholders through prototypes, demonstrations, and discussions on platform capabilities.

• Provide escalated technical support to internal users when necessary.

• Work closely with engineering, product, operations, leadership, and other business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Proficient Salesforce development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.

• Strong grasp of enterprise system design, API architecture, and integration patterns.

• Capability to convert technical concepts into business-friendly language and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and consistently follow through on tasks.

• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, React, SQL Server, and principles of object-oriented programming.

• Experience in API development, including using .NET Core and API management tools.

• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, especially for LWC and integrations.

• Understanding of application security best practices, including OAuth and OWASP.

• Experience with automated unit and functional testing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and the complete software development lifecycle.

• Experience in documenting requirements, user stories, workflows, architecture diagrams, and design documents.

• Experience in project management and leadership is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing is an advantage.

• Knowledge of financial services or payments is a plus.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call process.
