This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Utilize expertise in Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud to assess data related to accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other essential business data entities and processes.
• Convert business needs and data-quality issues into insightful analyses, reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Create queries and analytical datasets using the relevant Salesforce reporting, querying, and analytical tools.
• Examine Salesforce data to detect inaccuracies, incompleteness, duplicates, inconsistencies, or outdated records.
• Track data-quality metrics and trends across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Produce and maintain routine data-quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Investigate data anomalies and exceptions to assess their potential business impact.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to differentiate between data-entry errors, process shortcomings, system configuration issues, integration challenges, and other factors contributing to data-quality deterioration.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Data Stewards to confirm issues, prioritize remediation efforts, and monitor resolutions.
• Proactively identify emerging data-quality risks before they significantly impact business operations or reporting.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to support data-quality initiatives, audits, and remediation projects.
• Establish and uphold data-quality metrics and thresholds in conjunction with the Data Quality Manager.
• Reconcile Salesforce data with other systems upon identifying discrepancies.
• Evaluate the downstream effects of Salesforce data-quality issues on reporting, forecasting, customer management, revenue operations, and service processes.
• Assist in analyzing historical data and trends to uncover recurring or systemic data-quality challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce data analysis, business analysis, CRM analytics, and data quality.
• Proven experience in developing reports, dashboards, and regular analytical outputs.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce SOQL, SQL, and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and root-cause analysis skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to convey data and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
