Salesforce CRM Architect – Consumer Goods Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of complex Salesforce projects, from requirement analysis through to the successful hypercare phase.

• Analyze and optimize sales, service, and field service processes throughout the entire customer journey.

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures using the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud for our clients.

• Design and facilitate workshops to translate business requirements into sustainable Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.

• Provide expert leadership within project teams and actively transfer knowledge to junior consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of project experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Solution Architect within the Salesforce environment.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, or similar solutions.

• Experience in implementing complex client requirements as well as in requirements engineering and test management.

• Excellent communication skills, confident presence in client interactions, and a passion for modern sales and service processes.
