This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and sustain CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, recipes, and dataflows.
• Create and enhance Salesforce native reports, custom report types, dynamic dashboards, filters, and reporting frameworks.
• Compose and refine SOQL and SAQL queries to facilitate interactive and high-performance analytics.
• Configure and validate Einstein Discovery and Prediction Builder models to derive predictive insights that yield measurable business value.
• Implement formula fields, roll-up summaries, and necessary changes to the Salesforce schema to ensure accurate reporting from the source.
• Collect reporting and analytics requirements from Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Define and document metric definitions, calculation logic, data lineage, refresh schedules, and reporting standards.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues within Salesforce, including duplicates, inconsistent classifications, ownership gaps, territory problems, and incomplete records.
• Reconcile Salesforce metrics with finance, operational data, and other systems of record, investigating variances to determine root causes.
• Implement row-level and field-level security for analytics assets in accordance with Salesforce sharing and visibility models.
• Apply data classification, access, and jurisdictional handling requirements to reporting and analytics solutions.
• Manage changes to analytics through source control, sandbox testing, documented validation, and controlled production releases.
• Maintain an inventory of analytics assets, identifying opportunities for consolidation, improvement, or retirement of redundant reporting.
• Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for dashboard defects, dataflow failures, reporting issues, and performance challenges.
• Empower business users with self-service reporting guidance, training, and documentation.
• Review Salesforce seasonal releases for changes impacting analytics and conduct regression testing on critical reporting assets.
• Collaborate with enterprise data and BI teams when Salesforce data is incorporated into downstream platforms and reporting environments.
• 3–5 years of experience in developing reporting and analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM, including datasets, dashboards, dataflows or recipes, bindings, filters, and interactive analytics.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce native reporting, encompassing custom report types, cross-filters, bucket fields, summary formulas, and dashboard filters.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing/visibility model, including org-wide defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Proficient in SOQL and SQL, with a working knowledge of SAQL or similar analytics query languages.
• Solid grasp of dimensional data modeling concepts, including facts, dimensions, and data grain.
• Strong capability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert business inquiries into accurate analytical solutions.
• Ability to clearly articulate metrics, reporting logic, data quality issues, and variances to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in controlled development environments that involve sandboxes, testing, source control, and scheduled production releases.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, governance, security, and reporting accuracy.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or quote-to-cash data structures is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, Power BI, Fivetran, Boomi, Salesforce APIs, or data integration technologies is preferred.
• Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, or Git is advantageous.
• Salesforce certifications such as CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Data 360 Consultant, or related credentials are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
