Salesforce Consultant – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Articulate complex requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Create solution, requirement, and discovery documents for evaluation.

• Oversee multiple projects and manage competing priorities.

• Present work deliverables to stakeholders.

• Implement project tasks utilizing Agile methodology.

• Design and create workflow and functional diagrams.

• Administer task and work tickets, including their descriptions and acceptance criteria.

• Cultivate an understanding of best practices in business for associations and nonprofits.

• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious deliverables.

• Assist in identifying training needs for team members and clients.

• Record standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience within a consulting or professional services firm, or a large enterprise.

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis for technology or technology services implementation projects.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in gathering requirements, drafting solution documents, and creating SOPs.

• Experience with Agile project methodologies.

• Possession of at least one Agile methodology certification.

• Salesforce certification is highly desirable, or the commitment to obtain it within 90 days of employment.

• Preference for experience in the non-profit or association sector.

• Preferred experience in Salesforce implementation or administration.

• Experience with administering or extensively using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations is preferred.

• Strong preference for experience in quality assurance and/or acceptance testing.
