Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our clients to identify their needs, propose, and implement effective solutions.

• Design and construct top-tier implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service.

• Utilize Salesforce's point-and-click tools, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows, to configure Salesforce solutions.

• Comprehend and utilize the Salesforce Platform for developing scalable solutions.

• Work alongside our Artificial Intelligence team to develop innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients.

• Continuously acquire new technical knowledge and stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and significant releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of project experience in a hands-on role.

• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce in either a development or configuration role.

• Familiarity with Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations, along with experience in addressing Complex Use Cases using the extensive Salesforce Platform.

• Practical experience in developing Custom Applications, utilizing Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and managing SLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce.

• Knowledge of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance.

• Experience in client-facing roles encompassing Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and delivering solution options to clients, as well as Enterprise Application Architecture.
