Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer workshops to gain insights into business processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and convert requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Create and configure Salesforce solutions utilizing standard platform features, prioritizing a configuration-first strategy and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Oversee functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, which includes gathering requirements, writing user stories, documenting solutions, conducting testing, providing training, and offering go-live support.

• Serve as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives, contribute to solution proposals, share industry best practices, and continuously enhance delivery methodologies and reusable assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation initiatives, particularly with Data 360 and Agentforce solutioning.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration including Flows, Security, Reports & Dashboards, Approval Processes, and more.

• Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation abilities.

• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
