Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer workshops to gain insights into business processes, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and convert requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Create and configure Salesforce solutions utilizing standard platform features, ensuring a configuration-first strategy and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Manage functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, user stories, solution documentation, testing, training, and support during go-live.

• Serve as the trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring effective project execution, alignment among stakeholders, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assist in pre-sales initiatives, contribute to solution proposals, share industry best practices, and continuously enhance delivery methodologies and reusable assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Security, Reports & Dashboards, Approval Processes, etc.

• Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation abilities.

• Experience in Agile delivery teams.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
