This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating client needs into effective and scalable solutions.

• Prepare technical-functional documentation to support project activities.

• Maintain constant interaction with the client’s Business and ICT teams, facilitating coordination among the various involved functions.

• Manage project initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and post go-live support.

• Monitor the progress of activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales & Service.

• Mandatory knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service CRM.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both the internal team and the end client.

• Italian language proficiency is required.

• Salesforce CRM certifications are considered a valuable asset.

• English language skills are a plus.
