This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that are in line with FordPro commercial sales processes.
• Create custom solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.
• Develop scalable data models to support fleet customers, multi-account hierarchies, and intricate opportunity structures.
• Enhance processes related to Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Sales Agreements.
• Implement and provide support for integrations between Salesforce and various systems such as Order Management Systems, Dealer Management Systems, ERP platforms, as well as Identity & Access Management systems.
• Leverage APIs (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, CDC, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
• Ensure a consistent and authoritative flow of data across FIN, ProID, SCAID, and associated systems.
• Assist in real-time and batch data synchronization strategies.
• Adhere to CI/CD best practices utilizing DevOps or similar pipelines.
• Support development, SIT, UAT, and production deployment strategies.
• Maintain version control and oversee release governance.
• Monitor the health of the system, integration reliability, and API limits.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud engineering.
• Strong expertise in:
• - Apex
• - Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• - Salesforce Flow
• - SOQL/SOSL
• Proven experience with enterprise integrations and middleware, preferably MuleSoft.
• Solid understanding of:
• - Salesforce security model
• - Sharing rules and role hierarchies
• - Bulkification best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
