Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to grasp business objectives and pinpoint opportunities for Salesforce improvements.

• Assess current processes to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Engage in discussions to reveal the core business needs behind various requests.

• Convert business challenges into high-level solution recommendations aimed at Salesforce Administrators or developers.

• Examine Salesforce data to identify trends and establish requirements for executive dashboards.

• Deliver actionable insights to support business initiatives.

• Review platform usage and suggest capabilities and process enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with teams and the Salesforce Administrator to address immediate needs and long-term growth strategies.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and identify beneficial enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent professional certification is required.

• Proven experience working alongside Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or other market-facing teams.

• A solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.

• Experience in assessing business processes and defining solution requirements for Salesforce.

• Expertise in establishing executive-level reporting and dashboard specifications.

• Capability to balance technical possibilities with business priorities and effectively influence stakeholders through recommendations.

• Comfort in collaborating with Salesforce Administrators or developers, providing clear requirements, and remaining engaged throughout the delivery process.
