Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable and high-performance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions that encompass Product Catalog, CPQ, Contracts, Billing, and Order-to-Cash, enhanced with automation driven by Agentforce.

• Design autonomous Agentforce agents, topics, and actions that facilitate pricing, contract validation, billing adjustments, and decisions regarding renewals.

• Offer strategic guidance on the integration of Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Plan and manage integrations between Revenue Cloud, ERP, billing, financial, and PSA platforms utilizing composable APIs and middleware.

• Establish best practices, development standards, and governance for AI/automation in Revenue Cloud implementations.

• Evaluate and suggest capabilities for Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AppExchange.

• Provide advice to stakeholders and mentor development teams on Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce.

• At least 5 years in an architectural role.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management.

• Proficiency in Product Catalog Management, Salesforce Pricing/Rate Management, Product Configurator, CPQ, and Asset Lifecycle Management.

• Experience in architecting Agentforce agents, topics, and actions.

• In-depth understanding of contracting lifecycles through Salesforce Contracts/CLM, including e-signature workflows.

• Familiarity with Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and Order-to-Cash automation.

• Experience with Invoice Management/Billing and integrations with billing systems like NetSuite SuiteBilling and Zone Billing.

• Knowledge of Data Cloud and Einstein AI is advantageous.

• Experience in AI-native delivery practices, LLM-assisted solution design, prompt engineering, AI-supported documentation, and configuration and code generation.

• Familiarity with Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder.

• Strong expertise across Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Knowledge of PSA capabilities such as Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, or Kimble is a plus.

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, HCM, and financial systems using composable APIs.

• Familiarity with middleware solutions like MuleSoft and Workato.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce APIs, data synchronization, and governance models.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to convert complex technical designs into understandable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant and/or CPQ Specialist is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist is preferred.

• PSA vendor certifications are a plus.
